- Coal Rally - Sat March 8th
An 8th grade co-hort will be supporting SES students in going to the rally and for extra service credit you can give a testamony. The Gov. is very close to allowing coal trains thru Oregon! Let's show up for this! Talk to Ben and Syd in our class to find out more details.

- Well For Haiti - Ongoing
We continue our efforts in raising $1,000 more for the well. Sarah Taylor has emailed us and said they have found the well site and are excitedly awaiting our support! What an amazing opportunitity. Instead of just asking for money as a service project do a service for people you know in exchange for $$ - babysitting, dog walking, gardening, run errands...

-Territorial Seed Fundraiser - Every year we sell seeds thru Territorial and SES gets almost 1/2 the proceeds. I recognize that we have been fundraising maniacs and offered this as a service project - spend about 3 hours selling seeds to folks you know, help Vinnie and Steph hand out seeds when they arrive and count it as service! :)

-Walk For Water - 4th Qtr project on April 12th...more on this soon :0 Hopefully we can get our whole class to do it together as a class project!

3) Geography-#11-go to website and fill in examples on sheet-both sheets-due Tuesday

4) Nicaragua movie night-Napolean Dynamite-on Friday 6:30, $5 plus $$ for snax. Help send 12 amazing 8th graders on this service project!

5) Math and Spanish-due daily
