The end of the year is rapidly approaching...2 days away! Here's a few
important announcements:
1. There are still yearbooks available for
purchase. They are $22 ($11 for free/reduced lunch). Money can be given to
Kristy in the office. First come, first served...order them now!
2. Graduation is
this Thursday night at 6:00. 8th grade students should arrive at 5:30 and come
to the gym to receive crowns/boutonnieres and assemble themselves for the
ceremony.
3. Non-8th grade students who want to attend graduation...we are
encouraging those students to come with an adult who is responsible for you.
The teachers want to enjoy the night and not be worried about disrespectful
behavior.
4. The End of the Year
Dance is this Friday from 6:30-8:30. Parents should arrive promptly at
8:30 to pick up students. This night has historically ended in lots of hugs and
tears that can seem to go on forever! The hugging and crying can
continue...just not on school property where the staff is responsible for
them.
