Homework
1. Writing - Complete research for Essay...Be sure you have enough information to support your 3 main ideas of your essay. DUE WED 10/8
2. Reading - PG 13...Complete #1 & #2 - Write a summary on theme and main character (or a character that you like!) be sure to support your summary with DIRECT evidence from your book. DUE THURS 10/9
3. Service - Complete Making a Change Assignment sheet - do the research and you and your partner will decide what kind of presentation you want to give...DUE TUES 10/14
**All service reflections are DUE NOV 3rd...be sure to get your service project done in the next few weeks so you have time to do the reflection! I would ideally like to see you done by 10/27!!!!
OTHER THINGS TO DO!!
1. FULL MOON! Watch it rise...there will be an eclipse at 1am! (don't stay up for that!)
2. You're invited to join in tomorrows national Walk & Bike to School Day! With the beautiful weather why not walk or ride! Vinnie will be out on the blacktop in the AM with some middle schoolers playing music, providing some fruit and a poster for participants to sign!
3. SES GIFT CARD CONTEST!!! Please give your parents the PINK packet...if our class sells/buys A LOT we could win $100 Powells card for classroom books or an ice cream party!!! buy scrip! :)
