What a beautiful day on the Willamette! Kids thought it was cold, but I think it was a great winter day to be studying rivers in the city.

HOMEWORK DUE TOMORROW:
1. Crooked River - to pg 118...2 questions & 1 golden line or I wonder question, be ready to disscuss in groups.

2. River Story - Finish up any research on the Cities & Industry and Problems and Solutions. Today we wrote our into to the section and TONIGHT you should write at least one page. We will go to the lab tomorrow to type and solidify any research questions remaining.

**IF you have not turned in your folder with all the previous sections I NEED IT FRIDAY***

3. Complete the Willamette Field Study worksheet. This will be useful when writing your river story.

Thanks parents for coming with us today, we have such a great parent group in our class - we love your support! I could tell we haven't traveled in a few weeks - we were a bit rusty :)
